What's in this class
- Wacky Walking – Big & Small
- Children walk to music while exploring changes in step size, sound, and movement. They progress from tiny “baby steps” to big “giant steps,” adding vocal sounds to reinforce rhythm, coordination, and body awareness.
- Meet & Greet – Grinnastics
- Children use facial expressions, sounds, and smiles to wake up their faces and start the session with positive energy. Simple movements encourage facial awareness, vocalization, and happy interaction.
- Warm Up – Wacky Waving
- Children explore waving with different parts of their bodies—from their hands and head to their shoulders, hips, elbows, knees, and eventually their whole body. The activity encourages body awareness, coordination, and movement variety to release tension and increase circulation.
- Sensory Tune Ups – Eyes
- Children keep their heads still while moving their eyes up, down, and all around, encouraging visual tracking and awareness.
- Adventurobics – Jungle Journey
- Children travel through an imaginary jungle using a variety of animal movements—cycling, marching, slithering, jumping, reaching, shaking, crawling, climbing, swimming, and running. The story creates a fun sequence of increasingly varied whole-body movements.
- Chill Out – Lion Stretch & Love Bop
- Children stretch like a lion using their arms and legs, then finish with the Love Bop—a simple self-hug followed by positive words that encourage self-acceptance and connection.
