Join the Move to Improve Initiative

Move to Improve is an initiative that promotes and implements whole-brain and whole-body early learning programs designed to increase physical activity, build essential skills, and provide effective strategies for supporting positive behavior in early childhood communities.

Our primary goals are to inform, educate, and train early childhood teachers, caregivers, therapists, and parents through research-based curriculum and practical activities that can strengthen, motivate, and accelerate early learning. By increasing opportunities for movement, music, language, vocalization, and mindfulness at home and in the classroom, children can develop important physical, cognitive, emotional, and social skills.

Our Objective

Our objective is to provide free early childhood training and activity programs featuring music, movement, vocalization, and mindfulness strategies that help children build a strong foundation of:

Strength • Balance • Endurance • Character • Confidence • Coordination

These experiences are designed to make learning active, engaging, creative, and fun while giving the adults who work with young children practical tools they can use every day.

We Are Seeking Partners

We are looking for organizations and individuals who share our commitment to helping children keep Moving and Improving, including:

  • Early childhood councils and organizations
  • Child care centers and family child care homes
  • Homeschooling parents and associations
  • Head Start grantees and programs
  • Early childhood educators and professional organizations
  • Therapists and child development professionals
  • Other for-profit and nonprofit organizations interested in supporting and promoting this initiative

Sponsorship Programs

You can sponsor live or virtual Funsical programs and/or curriculum materials for a particular classroom, school, child care center, group home, senior recreation program, friend, relative or special individuals in your area.
